Exterior Range is a participatory project by Alice Bradshaw, inspired by Martin Elliott's Sad Splash from Leeds Art Gallery's Picture Lending Collection, for Grassington Festival 2012's Art & About programme.

Movable visual markers are located at various points along the art trail and people are invited to move them for one point to another. Participants are also encouraged to document their interventions by photographing, filming, drawing and/or describing the movements of each marker from A to B and emailing to: exteriorrange@yahoo.co.uk to be included in the blog.

By these visual fragments being continuously moved around the town and mapped in various ways, an autonomous range is created by the festival audience.
